Stylists
Four stylists. That is the whole team.
You do not have to name one. They specialise in different things, so if you already know what is bothering you, choosing gets you there faster.

Short cuts, planned from the bone structure
The shorter the cut, the more your head shape shows. That is why I spend the time before cutting on the plan. My standard is hair you do not have to fix in the morning, so I will not suggest a shape you cannot recreate at home. I also enjoy working with natural curl rather than against it.

Clear colour and highlights
Japanese hair pulls warm, so my job is to take that out without leaving the colour muddy. Most of my consultations are about getting a clear tone without bleach. I plan colour so the regrowth line stays soft as it comes out.

Movement built with perms
A perm should not announce itself. I keep the strength down and let the cut do half the work, so the hair still moves. If your mornings are short, tell me — that changes what I would recommend.

Bringing damaged hair back
If hair has been bleached several times, one treatment will not fix it. I would rather plan across a few months and tell you honestly what is realistic today. Slow is faster than breaking it.
