A portfolio demo for a fictional salon, hair salon AZUNOA. No real business or person is represented.

Shibuya, Tokyo

Features

What this demo can do

Not a mock-up — everything here actually runs, and you can try all of it. The same pieces work for any business that takes bookings: clinics, gyms, studios, treatment rooms.

  1. 01

An AI staff that answers and books, around the clock

The chat at the bottom right. Ask it something like “anything free tomorrow afternoon for a cut and colour?” and it works out the price and the time needed, checks what is open, and takes the booking.

Enquiries outside opening hours stop falling through. The phone rings less, and staff stop breaking off mid-service to answer it.

Try it from the bottom right of the top page →
  2. 02

Talk to the same AI staff by voice

Open the chat and press “Talk by voice” and the call starts. Without typing a word, ask “anything free tomorrow evening?” — pricing, availability and the booking itself all happen inside the conversation.

You can take the customers who would have phoned. Reception never has to stop what they are doing, and nothing is missed outside opening hours.

  3. 03

The price is clear on the spot

Choose services, hair length and a stylist, and the total and timing appear. Where a treatment can happen while colour develops, the time shown accounts for the overlap.

You stop losing people who leave because they cannot tell what it will cost. Fewer calls asking about prices, too.

  4. 04

See what is open and book it there and then

Only slots where the whole appointment fits are shown as bookable. If 11:00 is free but 11:30 is taken, a two-hour service cannot start at 11:00.

No more bookings that cannot finish in the time available, and no two guests landing in the same slot.

  5. 05

Suggests a style and a stylist from what is bothering you

Pick what troubles you — frizz, damage and so on — and the feel you are after, and it returns styles that suit and the stylist who is strongest in that area. You can book straight from the result.

Guests who do not yet know what to ask for end up booking rather than enquiring. It also gives people a reason to name a stylist.

  6. 06

    Filter the style photos

30 styles, filterable by length, colour, mood and stylist. Before and after can be compared by dragging a handle.

People reach the photo they want quickly. The filtered view has its own URL, so it can be sent straight to someone.

    See all styles →
  7. 07

    Price list and staff profiles

13 services priced across four hair lengths and four stylist levels. All 4 stylists are listed with what they are strongest at and how they think about hair.

Two of the biggest hesitations — unclear pricing and not knowing who to ask for — are dealt with before anyone gets in touch.

  8. 08

Take a deposit or full payment with the booking

Payment options appear at the end of the booking. Deposit only, pay in full up front, or pay in the salon — which of these are shown is a switch in the admin. The cancellation policy is shown alongside.

No-shows go down. The more expensive the service, the more it matters.

See it at the end of the booking flow →
  9. 09

Change the text and photos from the admin screen

The headline, the concept copy, the photos, opening hours, stylist profiles, even the AI staff’s personality and tone — all editable on one screen without touching code. Adding a service or changing prices works the same way.

No more going back to the agency every time a line of text or a photo needs changing.

Notes

What is switched off in this demo

Not because it cannot be built — because this is a public demo and it is deliberately off.

Confirmation email
A demo that really sends email can be abused by entering someone else's address, so it is switched off. In production it goes out the moment a booking is made.
Day-before reminder
There is no way to see it work without waiting, so it is not running in the demo.
Storing bookings
They disappear when you close the browser. Nothing anyone else does here affects your screen.

The same thing, for your line of work.

Booking, price calculation and the AI desk work the same way whatever the business. Start by telling us what is giving you trouble now.
